NO SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD

KENT team testing my patience … We don’t have municipal water so our builder installed KENT purifiers for all its occupants. I had called in your techn/ician (ARIF) for monthly maintenance (he graced me with his presence on 4/8/14 only after I pestered him for more than a week or so, It felt as he was doing a favor on me rather than his job)and after he opened the entire system he told me that the pump was not working and that he would get a new one and install it the next day 5/8/14. I showed him my warranty card, which clearly shows I have warranty till of this month. He didn’t show up on 5th and on 6/8/14 he told me that the company has no details of my warranty and that the pump is not available. He then asked me to call the KENT service centre in Thane. The lady on the phone was CRAZYYY .. She has no clue what of what she’s saying, finally after an irritating conversation she gave me another number, if I’m not wrong his name was Ajay. He to gave me some lame excuses and then asked me to send the warranty card pic on whats app and just banged the phone down. Next 15 mins I continuously try his number but he doesn’t pick up the phone. From the past 4-5 days we are buying Bisleri cans, I’m burning a hole in my pocket because of these guys. I need atleast 3 cans in a day because the water that flows through my pipe is hard water I cannot even use it for washing vegetables.I want them to fix my issue before the warranty expires.
