I had requested Tata Sky to relocate my tata sky from previous address to new address. I got the call in couple of hours and agent said, there is some problem with local cable operator and they cannot fix tata sky in the area. So, he will close the work order and later he will come and fix tata sky.
Now, 1st thing he never came to fix the dish and later they deducted amount from my balance. Now my account is negative. Now everytime I call them to come and fix they would never come and after asking several times to return the amount to my account. They are not willing to do so, and giving unnecessary reasons.
Can any of the management person help here.
