I have purchased on 5th July-2011 Seagate Portable Hard Disk Drive (1 TB) USB from M/s M Square, B.O. SCO-58, Old Judicial Complex, Civil Line, Gurgaon-122001
Ph-0124-4576620 (dealer Contact Person Mr. Manish Jain)
vide Tax Invoice No. 1946, dated 5th Jul-11.

Now this HDD is not detectable when connecting to PC or Laptop. On complaint the above dealer did not supported for recovring important data stored and telling that they do not have responsibility for any loss of data. Also advising to contact directly to Seagate service location, not to him. Please support for recoving the data and replacement of HDD from dealer or Seagate. Also please let me know whether i can claim for loss of time because of failure of HDD bought from dealer.
