I had booked rail tickets, through NGPay on 07/01/2012, Then I cancelled the tickets on 09/01/2012. But after 15 days I found that i have not received the refund of amount Rs 5350. I talked to their customer care and they provided me the ARN no (75134832008830033588574 and 75134832008830043818813) of that refund. I provided the ARN no to my bank and bank told me that they can’t track the transaction from those ARN no. After that I had made several call to get the transaction details(complaint no 744592) from NGPAY but never got a proper response. then I requested(complaint no 772951) them to provide me a transaction certificate on 28th of march but till now each time they are telling that they have requested for the transaction certificate from their bank but not received any response from there bank. always they are promising a date but they never calls me back and when I am calling them some one else is picking the call and giving another promise.
