Last weeak i purchase a prepaid conection of tata docomo and i get 219 Rs. Talk time and 1gb 3G data valid for 30 days . But bitween using this data all of sudden my all balance didacted by the company afte this incidance i went to docomo office but the don’t give any satisfactory snswere they said your balance didact against data use above 1gb and they can charge without give sny cnfirmation to the custimer.again i recharge my account with Rs.250 according to company scheem they provid me 250 Rs.talk time and 1gb 3G and unlimited 2G data vailid 1month but unfotunetly with out making any call company again start didacted my balance and i also tell you i have never see this kind of poor customer care service. Executive of company not have poduct information and miss behave to customer chiet them and it’s a verry sensitive problem.
