My internet stopped working since 5th October 2014 and still not working on 24-10-2014 i complained about it over and over and still resolution not provided i previously posted a complaint here and on 19th October 2014 when i called Reliance Customer Care they said My problem was resolved and complaint is closed even without connecting my internet i was satisfied but when i tried to connect the problem still persisted and i called again explaining the persistence of the problem but they assured me that it is a problem in my wire-line and assured me that it will be rectified within 24 hours and here i am still waiting for the resolution.
Reliance broadband service is very poor they simply don’t care about the customers if they would they would have solved it within a week at least.
Very Disappointing service.
