I had invested my money along with my father in law in Raj Hitech Green City last year 700000 and this year on 17th october 4,00000. I received information that owner of raj hitech has suicided. on the night of 18th october. I am very much frustrated now and I am filling this complaint.
Last year my father inlaw and myself had booked 2 plots (each of 5000 sqft) in Raj Hitech green City on NH28 Lucknow Faizabad road IN FRONT OF SAGAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE. Each of us paid 350000 to the company last year after paying this amount we found that the company is not working on what they promise.
After further investigation and comunication with owner, we came to know that he has not been able to get the land on proposed place for Raj Hitech green city and he is unable to develop the city. He told us to wait and wait. In between we came into contact with some more people who had invested in Raj Hitech Green City along with us and they were waiting to see any sign of hope to get their plot. Our representative Mr. P K. Singh from Gorakhpur was in touch with Janmajay Kharwar.
On arround 10th of October 2014 owner (Janmajay) said to our representative that he is ready to give us plot in Mohanlal ganj (Lucknow) instead of NH 28 faizabad road. He said that his deal with farmers in Mohanlal ganj has been finalised and now he has to pay farmers so then he can get land from them. he asked us to pay our remainning money until 14th october 2014 and then he will do our registry on 16th Ocober 2014. Due to some bank delay we transferd money in his Raj Hitech Green City Pvt Ltd account in ICICI bank until 17th october and it was decided that the registry of plots will be on Monday 20th October But on 19th October morning we receive information that Janmajay (owner of Raj Hitech GreenCity) is died.
Here from this complaint I am requesting to the honorable consumer fourm and consumer court please help us to get Our money which we transfered at the last moment in Raj Hitech Green City Pvt Ltd ICICI account. I am sure it could be possible. We have all the prof that we have transfered and deposited money in ICICI banks account for Raj hitech.
ICICI Bank should also help us. in this case.
