We had given a benq projector for servicing to M/S Goldstar Technology on the 5th of May 2014. After their initial checking they had said I would have to give an advance of Rs.2500/- for servicing the same & I would get the same fully repaired after 7 working days. Despite regular follow-up & various excuses from their part they have returned the same on the 3rd of July 2014 without any repairs. Moreover the problem has been aggravated & the projector is not working at all.
I would advise everyone against availing services from Goldstar Tachnology as they are a fraud company.
