I have purchased a microwave otg from big bazaar, mangalore , bejai banch, 3 months ago, even after requesting multiple times for providing the demo, and visiting the store multiple times , no action has been taken,
on calling further the manager tends to use abusive and slang language .
please look into the matter and do the needful.
