Service Problem

Location/place: Varanasi

Name of company/service: DELL

I have bought a Dell Vostro 1550 Laptop on 28th Dec 2012. Dell provide the damage warranty for one year. Now i have technical problem but they are saying that the warranty of my laptop is expired. I have bill of purchasing.

    As your system purchase date is 28th Dec 2012 so you will get support till 1 year as per the invoice date but if its not reflecting in our tool so i would suggest you to speak with the dealer to get it registered so that we can provide you support ASAP.

    I would appreciate you if I can get your service tag also so that I can check your order details and give you the correct information.

    And you can find the service tag

    **on the bottom of the laptop on the white sticker
    **it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.
