MOUNTING PROBLEM OF LAPTOP

Location/place: LUCKNOW

Name of company/service: SONY VAIO

This is to inform you that I had already complained to sony service centre model number SEV14112ENB and serial number is 275548607016624 on dated 21/09/2012. Till the date I have purchased this notebook I am facing physical damage problem with mounting of screen & keyboard panel & Touch pad.
I reported two times at sony service center to removed this problem they changed LCD BEZEL and keyboard top cover and all the details are present on Job Number J21700861 (Date-10/12/2012) and Job Number J30329194 (Date-20/02/2013).
Yet this problem is not removed fully but due to this mounting problem my screen also get damage on left corner of the notebook from 20/02/2013 and I have also complained at sony service centre having reference number 13212212 and again I have complained on 14/03/2012 having reference number 013449057 .They didn’t take this problem seriously.
I request you to take serious and urgent action regarding this problem.
Notebook is in warranty period.
