I purchased Su-kam Inverter (850V, Shiny)in April 2012. On 18-08-2012 morning suddenly it was not working. So i called Su-Kam customer care 18001024423. Customer care told to send engineer within 2 to 3 days. But till now nobody contacted us. I called customer care 3 times, but no response. Only they are registering the complain.
