Application No. BPS/1116/08-G2 submitted for Approval of House plan under AP regulation and Penalization scheme. I have visited to RJY municipal corporation on 15/03/11 to know the status of my Application No.BPS/1116/08-G2 for house plan approval and I was told all the submitted documents are in order and it will be regularised within a week. When we inquire over phone about the status of our application, now they are asking us to submit the acknowledgement of submitted application form. Right now we are unable to locate the acknowledgement. Please advise what is to be done. We request you to issue the house plan after regularization.

As there was no reply, The above complaint was sent through register post with acknowledgment due, so far they have not responded.

A gain my husband personally visited the Rajahmundry municipal corporation and requested for regularization of house plan by showing all documents submitted along with application and payment receipts towards above matter. We did not get any response.
