they offer Mahabaleshwar trip in INR 4000/- to and from travel, accommodation, food and sightseeing under each vertical of offer they failed to give any kind of services, services which were offered were even lower than 3 class hotels (lower than economical hotels)

on inquiry made by us we also asked how this offer is at such low cost, they say its our company introductory offer and not only this but with in this we also give you free stay for one weekday at lonawala at bungalow for 16 people.

following are offered promised and given

Travel Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar : – AC VOLVO Sleeper tickets (for which extra INR 1000 was charged for to and from both way travel)

ON REACHING LOCATION at DADAR we been refused by driver of BUS to board as he was never informed and our tickets were never booked in sleeper class, bus following sleeper volvo, with just AC and push back seats took us to Mahabaleshwar.

Accommodation: – after showing images which were years old and enmities which were never available in hotel they made us confirmed HOTEL MAHABALESHWAR PALACE out of 3 available options. it was confirmed by them that it was just a step or one star lower than Hotel RAJESH at Mahabaleshwar

where as in fact the hotel mahabaleshwar palace is under renovations, (Mr. Rajiv confirmed twice thrice that hotel is not under renovation and functioning at best levels) and rooms very very filthy.

hot water was guaranteed 24 hours – it is available only between 8.30 to 10.00
WC never had attached hand shower and other enmities or even tissue papers
bed sheets were smelling BAD, and towels were awful and very un-hygienic
As shown and highlighted in photos – roof cover swimming pool (on basis of which hotel was selected) was not functioning,
Light and power was not available in room 24 x 7, during the power cuts passage lights were on but inside room lights were not functioning, we been forced to stay in dark for hours

sightseeing: – Ac Indica on sharing basis, said company almost forgot decided schedule in advance, we had to call mumbai office to arrange car for sightseeing – where NON-AC OMNI came, where by driver refused to take us for sightseeing as he did not had other couple to share, he order us to take refund from travel gravity, since we been informed sightseeing will be done for two sights and it will take minimum 6 hours, we schedule it on last day after check out @ 10.30 am, where we were on road under heavy rain and cold, and this driver abused us and left, mumbai officer couldn’t do any thing and asked us to wait in heavy rain and cold till 2.00pm to check whether driver gets other couple to share it.

on constant calls to Ms. Namrata and Mr. Rajiv i inform them that i am taking independent transport and i asked them to reimburse me my fare, where Ms. Namrata accepted and confirm that she will reimburse me my cost

after all these when i called them for refund on returning to mumbai they have refused me, so i asked for my full refund and compensation, to my surprise even after all these things their owner Ms. Seema Kumari and Mr. Rajiv is not even bothered to call, mail or meet for anything …they ask juniors with no authority to revert mails and do time pass, where their juniors insulted us over mail stating that we kept on abusing assistant,

a family oriented person with newly wedded wife will keep on abusing?? and spoil holidays which are arranged to be WORST every in any one’s life?

I request you to kindly look into it and arrange me my refund at very earliest

i advice all …please under any situation do not book trave or do any kind of transactions with TRAVEL GRAVITY or their corporate entity DI HOTEL PORT HOSPITALITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED situated : – Office No.123,2nd Floor, Raghuleela Mega Mall, Behind Poisur Depo,Kandivali (west), Mumbai-400 067, Maharashtra, INDIA.Tel : +91 22 65244120 / +91 22 65244121,…………..their intentions are only to cheat nothing else …AVOID any kind of travel with them ….

they do not care for their own respect, honor and reputations …how will they serve us?

    Such Travel agents must not be allowed to operate..which is misleading with consumers with false commitments..

    I have taken service from this company . this customer is very arrogant and trying its level best to spoil the name of the company.
    Request the portal to kindly getting touch with the company to resolve ,if at all there is gen-eon since people have habit of eating the food first and than spoiling the name of cook by saying that the salt was less……in case if salt was less at initiative stage customer was not eat the food.

I had gone to mahabaleshwar through this company the overall experience was good they promised me the reaching time at 6am but we reached at 6:30am but that was ok because I feel that was neeta’s fault btw the overall experience was very good and they gave me 1 day complimentary stay then we also booked a few bungalows with them which were huge and quite good, their malavali bungalow was an ultimate experience good service and clean rooms so I forgive them for the first day delay. Great work travel gravity keep it up.

At last moment they told us swimming pool is not working and they changed the bunglow on 07th midnight 12.30 am and our trip was on 08th. also they dint gave us the proper address of the changed bunglow and told to call once we reach at landmark.2. We came near bungalow at 11 am though in-spite of frequent calls they dint answer us where is the exact location we were standing on road for 1 hour with huge bus, i was the organiser and i was shameful in front of others.3. Evening tea we asked at 6.30 and was given at 8.304. Don’t make mistake to give 100% advance because once they receive full payment they will treat you like left out people.5. I forgot my iphone charges in bunglow which cost 3200/- they dint even return back nor even anyone called me and said me for the status.6. No Flush in toilet, bathrom condition was pathetic,TV was also not working. the new bunglow as per society norms cannot be let out. on the day of leaving the neighbour came and shouted us who had given permission to stay here. 7. Food Quality was not upto the mark.If you say them about all the review they will give reasons etc etc…please please don’t believe them.i did a mistake in believing and ignoring previous reviews. Request you all to save your money and time. and find some there there are many who provide good service.

  7. BE AWARE FROM TRAVEL GRAVITY..
    They only give false promises..really worse experience with travel gravity.. The girl named Lavina from travel gravity gave assurances saying dat its a beautiful room n they’ll provide all facilities but pathetic it was…no cleanliness…tv, A/C, geyser all were thr but none was working…it was jst kept for show piece…they don’t even bother to reply to my calls…Lavina is really trying hard to destroy the name of the company.. In our package, pick up n drop facility was included but drop facility was not provided to us…at d time of payment they took full amount in advance & was used to call at least 10 times in a day…once they received their payment then they are least bothered abt providing you services…Friends DON’T EVER MAKE YOUR TRIP THROUGH TRAVEL GRAVITY…THEY JUST CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
    And it is a request to consumer forum that Pls dismiss n throw out such fraud companies.

    I Too had similar experience.

    You are greeted till you have not paid the amount, once you pay the amount you are gone….No body will pickup your call / respond.

    Detailed Experience

    Booked package from mumbai to mahabaleshwar for 3 nights/ 3 days, they sent officeboy to collect the cash.
    I was assured once i pay the amount, will get the bus confirmation in 10 minutes and the boy went away.

    I waited for half an hour then called Lavina ( the lady who had fixed the package ) the number 9820391019, she assured me that booking will be done in a short while and will recive SMS for BUS tickets in next half an hour i.e. 8:00 pm.

    I waited for another one hour, but didnt received any SMS / confirmation on my booking, Hence i started calling again and bang…no body was picking up the phone…i had a bus early morning 5:45 for mahabaleshwar and these people stopped responding once they got the money and i have paid 10,000 as my package amount and i dont have any idea on bookings / bus detail / seat number.
    I called them more then 100 times, then in night finally i tried calling Neeta Travels – made them understand the situation and told to help me, they confirmed yes they are able to see the booking and share me the seat numbers.

    Based on Neeta’s help, i was able to travel next morning to mahabaleshwar.

    Hotel Regal was booked, I was been confirmed before booking that it would be an AC eligent room, however on reaching there we found it was an 10 X 10 room, AC was there but hotel management mentioned that they would charge 500 RS per day if AC is needed.
    Fhurther to this there was no ceilling fan in room / one table fan was in place.
    Hotel food was ok.
    Shock Number three, post spending the first day somehow which was given for relaxation next day, the taxi guy came for sight seeing and told that today there will not be any trip as he do not have any other couple.
    Travel gravity was as usual not responding to phone hence we had to admit conditions of that bugger texi operator who charged us 300 Rs more and cancelled Pratap Garh darshan for sight seeing as other couple was not there.
    In that too – he shown only few places, next day the other guy came and shown some places in hurry, fooled us saying there is a beautiful garden for which he will take additional 200 Rs. and asked us to roam there and he will come back in one hour and left.
    It was a small garden with few flowers and trees, which took hardly 10-15 minutes and the texi guy who must have gone somewhere else came after two hours, our half day was a waste in some garden doing timepass.

    Travel gravity is having cheap agents, who know how to pull out money from one’s pocket.
    It was a pathetic experience indid, guys please dont waste your money in such frauds.

  9. I had similar experience last week. I booked the resort for 13 people and have paid full amount in advance 10 days prior to the trip. last moment they cancelled the hotel and started talking about their policies not to refund amount. They offered cheap location and when I refused to accept they started blackmailing me saying this is the last location and if I will failed to accept the conversation will be stopped.
    This Travelgarvity is bunch of cheaters and fraud and I heard lot of stries about them once I reached the hotel offered by them , The new hotel was good but Travel gravity asked us to pay more even though the Price of the hotel per person was less as compared what I paid to them already. The owner of this hotel told us about the stories of this fraud company and the owners who run the management.
    Be aware and lets not get engaged with this company for any kind of conversations at all. I had bad time dealing with them.
