I moved into my house in North Bangalore a year ago.
I have had a mobile 4G internet connection here for the past 10 months.
Last friday Airtel disconnected the mobile mast serving my street without informing anybody.
For 6 days they have been telling me that I have a problem with my modem. But today they finally admitted that they have removed the tower.
They say there are no plans for a replacement. No alternative systems are being offered, no form of apology and definitely no mention of any compensation has been given.
For a company that claims that I am a Platinum Customer and claims to care about giving me a good service I see absolutely none of this translated into reality.
Customer service is nothing more than a hollow bunch of empty words from AIRTEL.
