service not given

Name of company/service: TSW

Dear sir,

I am having membership card for TSW where they promise to provide service 24×7 in emergence. But today when I needed it they said they have stopped the service for night time they are not ready to provide me the number of higher authority to speak to.

This is not fair…..please let me know what to do for same.
