The outdoor unit of my split AC was not fitted properly. The angle Irons were not jammed with cement on the wall, thats why it is bending on one side. I have made a complaint on 21-Jul-12 with the complaint number KL0712012903 and another on 05-Aug-12 with the complaint number KL0812002415. Both the calls were assigned to Anjan Patra, but no one called. I have waited long for someone to call to fix the outdoor unit. I gave my home phone number as my alternate contact number, but no one called. This is pathetic customer service.
