My name is Surender Chawla and my address is 43-R, first floor, New Colony, Gurgaon, HARYANA.
I would like to raise a complaint against a courier company DTDC.
On 29th July 2012, I sent a packet to an address in PILIBHIT, UP, the docket number for the same is Z65889008, it was scheduled to be delivers at the following address:
C/O Gurmeet Singh, B-12, Vasundhra Colony, Near Aasaam Chauraha, Pilibhit, UP.
I was told that this packet would be delivered within next 4 days but unfortunately the packet has not reached the desired destination, upon checking with them I got to know that the packet has been delivered on 2nd August 2012, but the recipient has not received any packet from DTDC. When I called them 7 days back, one representative at their customer care told me that since it is showing delivered, it might have been delivered at a wrong address and they will check and get back to me within 24 hours, that never happened, no one contacted me.
4 days back when I again called back to check, they said that next morning someone would contact me but that also never happened, not again 2 days back when I called them up they didn’t even respond or picked up my call, they are lithely harassing me and not telling me which address they delivered it to.
I would like you to please take a strong action against them, the last person I talked to is Mr. Kumar from their management, his number is 09971110549, he talked to me initially but now he is also not responding to my called and messages.
Please do something about it, the packet contains a material worth INR 340 and I pair INR 60 for the courier charges.
