service down since 17apr. complaint not adressed

My D2H service is down since 17apr18
Despite number of complaints via mail and phone, it’s not fixed

Customer care also not assigning complaint no
After 4-5 complaint (most of the time customer care number not responded) only 1 complaint number provided

Wrote mail thrice to customer care without a single response

I’m stuck with them as I have paid yearly subscription

I want my refund and want to switch to other service provider
