not proper service and follow up from executive.

I was taken two wheeler loan from hinduja finance. till last year month of march i had been paid emi till month of feb, after that executive did not came till one year last date of emi, even after our follow up. suddenly they had came in month of april and demanding for outstanding amount. after paid 10000/- they did not give receipt of this statment. i am unable to pay this amount . request to you give 6-7 more installment period to me.
