Hi, I gave my mobile canvas 4 on sep-27-2014 in warranty. After 3 months, service center exchanged with old mobile. That is not working. Immediately I gave back. Already 1 month completed. Still waiting for mobile. My mobile no. 9036166263. Present job sheet no. S010088-0115-14493132. I am attaching my old and new job sheet also. I purchased this mobile for 17000 now roaming like dog for service..even I asked to give back my mobile initially after one month. They denied it.I sent so many times to your service center mails. No use.. I even called your call center also… For power button problem they took my mobile for service and thrown old mobile on my face. Now even I don’t have that.. I hope Micromax is cheating people like this.. in warranty mobiles collecting and exchanging with old second hand mobiles..
