Service didn’t receive for work from home job

I registered for a work from home job in “http://www.gyanijiadpost.com/” and paid INR 5000 for membership. They immediately called me and then mailed me my username to login to their site and work.

They informed me that from next day onwards I will receive the works and the payment will be on weekly basis. I waited for couple of days but didn’t get any response from them.

I tried to call the same number from which they had called me earlier. But there is no positive response from them. I want to file a case against this site and need your help for on this.
