I am Bharat Bhushan pokhariyal receiving harassment calls(8750802285,8750824401,8750982009,etc) since last three days on behalf of HDFC bank. regarding one of your customer (Pankaj Pokhariyal)who had not made credit card payment earlier. I really don’t know the whole story.
on the same way many of my colleague received the same calls.where agent asking that I put their number as a verification number. even I am not your active customer now a days. this is very irritated to me as well as my colleague. even I am not the caused for the same.
there are some query I have.
1. if some one give my number for verification purpose.. why it was not verified earlier?
2. if he did not made any payment then who i am to ask him for the same?
3. do i really as a mediator between your bank and customer? even i didn’t received any calls earlier.
please investigate and stop calling me and my colleague for the same rite away.
