No Service despite repeated calls

I bought Aquaguard water purifier around 2.5 years back. When the purifier was not under AMC these guys used to visit regularly even without any complaint and used to replace filter at very high price along with Rs 450 service charge.

They convinced me that if you keep your m/c under AMC, we will replace filter once a year and will provide service free of cost. During last six months I faced problem at two occasions. At first problem I called probably 100times and personally followed up with technician then one guy visited after two weeks and charged me the amount despite m/c being under AMC. He told that because of your urgent requirement I am charging. When I faced problem in the m/c for 2nd time again I have been calling them for last one week and still nobody has turned up for service.They keep on telling that next day they will be sending the technician for the repair.

I kindly request to take appropriate action against Eureka Forbes mangment for making their customer for their fraud behaviour
