Not Providing facilities as promised before admission

I have admitted my child in Sai Shibani International School in 2011 in class iv. The school authority promised to give the facilities like:- AC-Digital classroom, Free AC Transport with LCD Facilities, Free lunch for standard-1 onwards, Compulsory health check up, Yoga & Meditation, Horse Riding & Swimming pool. For this facilities I had admitted my son & Deposited An Amount of Rs 150000 ( One Lac fifty thousand) as a comprehensive package upto class-x.From the beginning they are not giving all the facilities. At present they started morning section to avoid provide lunch to the students. Even also not providing breakfast in morning session. Thanks.
