No service despite AMC

On 28 Oct 12, I took an AMC for my Aquaguard Nova with Eureka Forbes vide “Invoice-Cum-Receipt for Service Contract” No 21441724, valid till 27 Oct 15. Since then multiple requests, yielded no service till Jul/ Aug 13, when finally someone came to do the servicing. The technician (as well as the person at the office on phone) informed us that the franchisee had cheated the customers and did not provide any service. Eureka Forbes then replaced the franchisee and it was the new one that the technician had come from.
A slip-shod work was done by the technician who left with partially functioning purifier. I have made several calls since then and no one has ever visited to attend to the purifier.
Assurances by Mr Yogesh Mali (supposed to be Area Service Head of Eureka Forbes, 9326696058), multiple mail reminders and calls have yielded no visit!
Not even a reply to all my mails.
It appears that Eureka Forbes has devised a new scheme to dupe gullible customers by way of AMC. Please help me to get back services worth 3,620/- paid for in Oct 12.
My family has been forced to consume unpurified water despite investing about 10,000/- in the purifier.
Eureka Forbes must take back their purifier and refund me full amount as penalty. I would then be free to buy water purifier from any other better company.
