We were trying to recharge our Vodafone no 9051612352 online. In the first attempt, we had paid INR 110 with transaction ref of ASBI 3478792083 on 9th Sept and tried to recharge again for INR 220 with transaction ref no of ASBI 3484435995. In both the instances, the online message showed that the transaction was successful. However, the recharge was not done.
Our ordeal started after that. We made repeated attempts to contact them on phone through their customer care number. All numbers listed are either attempting to sell something more or just give recorded information. There is absolutely no way that you can talk to anyone to discuss the issue.
We then attempted to SMS and got stock replies that the problem will be resolved in 2 days, however, neither was the problem solved, nor did we get a call back.
We then tried to contact them on mail. First they had asked us for details, which was provided, then we followed up for a response, but have not received any response from them.
Clearly shows their commitment levels towards servicing their customers. Pathetic and grossly misleading, tantamount to cheating customers!
