Service rot received from Kent Astha, Naihati, north 24 pgs, West Bengal though the complain was done on 1/7/2013.(complain no-C/159/6).My warrenty is going to expire on 10/7/2013.I think they are delaying intentionaly to let the warrenty date over.Every single day they are assuting me that they will come to serve but not comming.
We have faced a very bad time to spare with them in this almost 1 year, going to be over.They dont have keep their commitments.
Kindly initiate action as they are now intending my warrenty period to go over.
