I have purchased S-5 Karbonn mobile phone on dated 07-April-2013 from A-One mobile, Gurgaon which is under warranty period yet as my mobile phone?s touch was not working properly so I went to the Karbonn service center at Shop No. LG 8, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon Gurgaon-122001, I have been told that my phone?s display is damaged so I get repaired it and for that I have been charged Rs. 4700/- The service charges bill which were provide my by service centre on which there no TIN Number and Bill number, it simply get printed from computer. I need clarification from the company that why that much amount is charged and why the original bill is not provided by the service center where my mobile phone is under warranty period.
