My husband bought samsung galaxy s4 on 29 july 2013 from lucknow ganpati showroom near shri ram market..the phone is givn problms 4m d 1st day….getted heated up,play store is not opening,getng switched off after batry is 100% charged…we called up samsung helpine bt der behavior is vry rude n disconnectng r call….we tul dis phn 4 RS 40000…we wen to service centre dey r also tellng dat it will work lyk dis…please help as we dnt have any options left….
