my mother who is 79yrs of age was admitted in Charnok hospital,Kolkata for treatment and the diagnosis was sodium and potassium
deficiency and the bill shows she was tested for HIV and more over they are charging 15% service charge over all the test reports for an in house patient who is admitted under them and they are charging bed charges for her,is it fair?Is there any such rules that they can charge this service when Govt OF India gazette shows it is exempted rule no 3
