Sir, I have
submitted my Micromax Canvas A117 set to service
center ( “M/S SHRI SAI ENTERPRISES” S.K.SHOPING CENTE,1ST FLOOR,
NAUDRA BRIDGE, MAINMARKET JABALPUR PH.0761-4071222 MO.9685621117), For touch screen replacement
on “13/09/2014” “job sheet no. *N070369-0914-12158774*”. I visited service center many many many times but they didn’t
return my cell and tell me come after few (7) days. it is reapitted again and again. I am facing
lots of problem without my phone.
i have seen not only me but many costumers are facing problems to get there cell back. specially this service center is very poor and they don’t repair cell at time and costumer care no. 18605008286 not respond my any complaint.(COSTUMER CARE COMPLAINT NO. 2010140411 AND 2411148767)
so pls help me to get my cell phone back. thanks and regard….
