Service barred witout intimations/inflated bills/overcharging

Name of company/service: Vodafone India

Hi, Just 3 days back i took vodafone post paid GSM SIM,Now the services are barred without intimation,i could n”t make the calls now.I have contacted the call centre people they are saying the reason as overlimit which is of 2500 rupees and they are asking me to pay the bill. Actually i didn”t use much,it should not reach to that much.improper response from the provider.I am not happy with the vodafone service.Please help me to get resolve this issue ASAP.
