This company has no ethical practice i had sent my car for service assuming that they have linea service center but instead of identifying Problem they did something else and without taking my consent they charged me 70000/- after discussion they reduced it to 13000 dont know how and i am still niot aware what they have done …
i had sent my car for service(tata/chennai) . the problem with service is the job done 5 months back again repeated,so no warranty for the job, no spare changing ,but the cheating factor like servicing or man hours or overhauling termin0logy is used to grab money from helpless consumers in car servicing often. no guidelines or std or laws to help the poor consumers.bill on avg range from 25000/- to 40000/- is thier target ? difficult to survive in this country?
Ravi singh panwar at rajasthan bikaner product ID- AB4411609 Dear Sir, I ordered the above shown product from online portal. Shir i gotd tshirt very bad conditions its tshirt was a very ruffly. I m not a setisfayd immediately called the customer care no.04444444444 and registered a complain. I was almost stunned with the reply that ‘We have sent what you ordered’ and the officer clearly rejected my complain and did not co-operate, neither she gave me a complaint no, infect she cut the phone. I tried again and again but did not get the proper reply. I hope this public platform can solve my problem.
