service activated without my consent

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Sopore baramulla&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: aircel</p>BHAKTI service was activated on my number without my consent. I got a message at 3:10 pm on 19-06-13 that this service is activated @0 for 30 days. I called customer care and they assured me of none service being active on my number. then again I got a message for sane service for which I was charged @rs10 for 10 days, I contacted customer service again and hey told me service is activated by you from aircel portal. I guaranteed that I’ve not used aircel portal during that day or before. being a Muslim , should I use BHAKTI service. anybody concerned please check this . I hope to have better response….

  3. No responses yet… On the day service was activated, I callec c care 2 times . a rep named shahid nazir raised a ticket for me and ASSURED me that I will be contacted either through call pe sms with resolution. ticket number is 13077984822.

    But one thing I fail to understand is that does any1 even care of our complaints.4 days have passed and no response. please let me know who cares……… any use of this forum ???? fail to understand…
