Refund of EMI for foreclosed loan

Name of company/service: Barclays Finance

I held a personal loan with Barclays finance (Loan No LC01351100​6944068) and foreclosed it on 16th of April. Still in the month of May there was a charge in my bank account for the emi amount to an extent of 5348. I have called the customer care n number of time and written so many emails. Still the refund is not given and the customer care keep responding that it will be send in 3 days 4 days etc. This is not the kind of service any customer would expect. really poor service.
