Dear Sir I want to Lodge a Complaint Against Tata Voltas Split A.C..
Its Been 9 months to Purchase Voltas A.C.
problem Is that i am Suffering technical Problem In that from Last 3 months & I hv called in company hundred times but they are not Taking any Action. There are Lots of Excuses Like.
1.Spare Parts are not available.
2.My Service Man is On the Way.
3.My Service Man will come to u by Tomorrow.
4.I lodged a complant sir, my service man will come to u.
5.No Engineers are Available rite now.
& lots of more Excuse over there.
Acttualy this A.C Is In my office.
So I am losing my Business also. Now i am really frustrated & Irritated from Company.
Please Do Something. If they Can’t Give Good Service than Please Change it.
