solaris level 2

sub- complain ag niit centre of pune
adreess 408/409 4 floor towers east wing camp
my name is Nisha yadav. i had registerd in niit insititude in 2008 for 6 month course and some advance courses like aspq2008. i have also registerd on course name solaris level 1 & level 2 , i had received all certificate but only i did’t received certificate of solaris level 2. when i registerd that course that time 1 mam was in niit centre shari mam . she is force to me that time that take this course with national aptitude test and you got Rs.1000 discount on the fees of solaris . but i am not getting anything in fees ,i had paid full payment of both the levels . in niit pune centre when wepay fees of solaris course that time one accountant was there sachin & rani mam . i had paid the fees oflavel 1 to rani mam & level 2 schin sir. but the accountant mistake he add my certificate oflavel 2 in level 1. but i had already received the certificate of level 1. so many times i inform all staff in niit that please change my account in level 2 because i had paid this fees for level 2 but no one give response. And i inform also that incahrge had of manshi mam that mam do it as soon as possibe because my father is a army officer and he was retired from army in feb month 2009 so plaese give me my certificate mam , i continues inform that. now i am in delhi because my father sattel here and for my certificate i was sent so many mail to niit centre of pune but no one help me by call also i had informed . when i call that staff in niit they said that they don’t know about this metter but i have slip of paid fees , so i would request to you when handl this complain mail plaese help me for receive my certificate of level 2 because the niit people force to student that take this course this was very good for corrier but all peolpe know that some student are beloging form below family how they can manage the niit fees and they done this kind of mistake. plaese see the attach file & inform or take out my certificate form niit centre i realy thanks to you for this ,please help me as soon as possibe send me mail in my id [email protected] or contact regarding my certificate 9540715494,
