sent fake product xiaomi 10400 power bank

I have purchased two xiaomi 10400mAh power bank from www.askmebazaar.com. When charged my asus tab(battery 3950maAh) with those power banks they charged my tab only half. When i checked with xiaomi site i find they are fake products. I contacted the site through call and mail for refund but they didn’t replied. I want my money back as i paid for original product but they send me fake one.
