i have couriered to jeddah my very important documents on 23rd april’15 with DHL paying them 2971/- for it and it was supposed to reach on 26th april ’15 as been said by the co. employees..it was all important documents related to export i did..its 29th april today and my documents have not reached yet and whenever i call DHL office they dont answer me properly..instead they say we cant find your courier and it might have misplaced or transter to some other shipment..and because of them now i have to pay demurages which my buyer will deduct from the amount…its a very serious case and i will have to bare heavy losses..please help..need urgent help..
