Hi Sir ,
This to notify you that,I have been getting harassed by Reliance Telecommunication by sending postpaid bills for the number which I have already made a complaint and several times asked to terminate. Their executives kept on calling me for making the payment for the last month and eventually I did and thereby I launched the termination request. The 1st termination request was done from my side was on 12th April and also got an email from their side that it is on process while I was on roaming for 3months in kolkata. My reliance number is 9323204888. Please help me out . I’m clueless because of their hopeless service , I have told them that I use vodafone and I don’t use your simcard anymore still I’m getting the bills. Last month I have visited the reliance webworld which is hiranandani gardens , thereby also got a call from an executive named as Shilpi , she asked me why do I to close the number. She promised me that your number has been suspended and you won’t be getting any bills. This month again I have received a bill .
