I had purchased an HTC desire618G from you on the 21st November 2014.. I was shocked a substandard piece was delivered to me… the camera software is completely missing in this hand set…. my nightmare with Flipkart had just begun… I called their customer care to lodge a complaint and she tells me the technical person will call me by 24th November 2014… he did call the same day but when I asked for a replacement the gentleman said they are out of stock and it is not possible… the same model was available at their website.. to which he says the seller does not have it… I ask for a refund and he says first I have to return the handset and after four days the money will be refunded to my bank account… honestly wanted to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum immediately but I decided to write a message tothem on facebook to which I got a reply sorry for this and we will soon resolve the issue… no one bothers to call me back and when I again get in touch with you on 28th November 20114… I am again simply told a technical person will call you back by 29th November 2014 at 12.30 pm and arrange to get the handset picked and refund the money too no one calls and I get a message saying we tried reaching you but could not therefore we will try calling you again at 7.30 pm same day… no call yet again… get a message saying someone will call on 30th November 2014 … today I again get a message saying it will be resolved by 02nd December 2014… I do not see anything getting resolved..or my money being refunded…they are just buying time to get the 30 days refund exchange period to get over… I have given enough chances to them but I guess this is the way Flipkart is… Cheats and liars??.. out to make a fool of people and fleece them of their hard esarned money.
