I am sampath, i would like to report a problem i have got with irctc refunding. Actually, on september 26th, 2014 i booked three tickets to travel from visakhapatnam to secunderabad on 12th october, 2014. But due to hud-hud cyclone in visakhapatnam, train was cancelled and i came to know that i should cancel my tickets before 72 hours from date of journey.But, there was no internet connection in and around visakhapatnam for more than 5 days after that cyclone disaster to proceed for cancellation.we don’t even had telephone connection to forward this message to our relatives.so, i request you to suggest me a solution to get my money refunded.Here are the ticket and train details.Actually,i tried the other ways of complainting,but there was no reply i got.I hope this will give a solution.
