Selling expired perished Haldiram Food products

This shopkeeper is selling perished and fungus infected Haldiram’s food product which is about 8-10 months old and fooling customer that it is just a week old.My 2 years old sister’s son ate it unknowingly and got food poisoning.He is also not returning my money(150/-) for that.

Please take necessary steps ASAP.
