Faulty Cell Phone and unsatisfactory response from service center

Respected Sir,

I have Purchased Iball phone on 25th Dec 2013.after 4 months it has started to giving problem in mic then service center has repaired this issue. but again after 15 days it has given same problem so again service center has repaired. again 3rd time after 1 month same issue happen and this time I requested to service center to please replace this device but they told we cant we will change entire motherboard so i said ok.
but they only changed mic so I faced problem again and this is 4th time for same reason so again service center ignored to replacement.again they repared and given me.
Now again after 1 day yesterday i have faced same problem so now they again saying that we will change motherboard so last time they has lied to me.

sir i am already doing night shift because of this issue entire this week i cant sleep because of visiting to service center also i have spent lot of money for travelling to service center.
sir if device is giving same problem after L4 repair then please do needful for replacement because it is 5 time i have faced same reason.also in service center they are waisting 1 hr and location head saying that do whatever i dont care so I want you to take strict action aginst him and Iball. also now they are saying they will repair it not giving replacement.device is with them currently and asking to give time for 2 days. sir already i have wasted 1 month in that my phone was with them for 15 days.
already my no is off from 15 days. please sir do strict action as soon as possible so i can get another device this time
