self activation of services and balance deduction

Name of company/service: ideacellular

I recharged my account with amt. Rs.30 on 06/06/2012 . Next day my acount balance showed only Rs.14 the company had deducted Rs.30 from my balance . I called customer care service they deactivated the service but did not refund the money.
