SECURITY DEPOSIT ISSUE

I bought an idea sim on May’14 for data usage, for which I deposited Rs 500, now it has been a month when I got the sim disconnected. Since then I have been requesting in customer care to refund my deposit. But they haven’t replied in affirmative and were passing my call from one person to another. Today, when I called again, the person denied to return money altogether. I kindly request you to take strong action for not refunding security deposit and misappropriate behaviour shown during all calls made to ask for the same.
