I praveen kumar from hyderabad. i have purcharged mobile online in shopclues.com with order no:36655349 on 4th febrary and the mobile was not working properly signal problem, manufracture defect products ..received on 8th feb and returned on 9feb
Made icici credit card payment emi (6months),but till today ie 16th march i did not receive any of the one either refund nor replacement…i also payed my first emi
my intension is not to go for shopclucs ..i had a worst experience and refund process also takes lots of time…
