school tution fee applied from apr-13 but admission taken in july 13

Dear sir,
I have taken a new admission in maharshi school for my child in july 13 and i also paid tution fee for next two month includes july but school considerd its for apr-12 to jun-12 and its should not be applicable because i alredy paid this quater fee in old school so why its need to paid pl help to come out this problem.
