I recently enrolled myself for typing job from R K Data services. The nature of work is to type a set number of jpg files to word files within a set time. So I enrolled myself with the program. I enrolled for the plan no EASY-E02 which is valid for 3 months by paying an amount of 1070/- vide receipt no 536 dated 09-03-15. They handed over to me CD containing 30 slides which is to be completed within 3 days and provided instruction to do the work verbally which I’ve written in front of them. They have not provided any written instruction manual for the work. Agreed accuracy level is 92%.
After completing the work very diligently and sincerely submitted the assignment on time and waited for their report. When the report came I was awestruck that according to them the accuracy level is just 79% and when escalated they gave a baseless reply and cancelled my project . They also cancelled my assignment altogether. This just can’t be accepted. So kindly look into the matter. They are operating faulty business so find it hard to reply over mails. As my lots of mails remained unanswered from their side.
